Well, I'll take a stab at it...it *could* be that depending on
what machine your running,
1) the simplist problem could be SHARE.EXE
is not loaded
2) The file is already being used on another node which has taken
complete ownership of the file
3) Sometimes Read/Write is not enough, somethimes giving it
"ACCESS CONTROL" if it's NOVELL network
4) The drive was not mapped correctly..
These are only just a few of my guesses...hope you get it fixed :)
